Im a bigger girl and I usually "suck it in" during all pictures and I have parts of me that I simply do not like. During the shoot, I didn't feel self conscious at all. We had fun and laughed and I honestly felt unstoppable. I loved how she would show the pose first and then you would mirror her. I'm a visual person. The experience was so freeing and empowering thing I have ever done. I went into this with an open mind. When it came down to my reveal, I was worried about how the pictures would turn out. I was absolutely, 100%, blown away! I was speechless and all I could say was wow! I couldn't believe the woman in the pictures was me. At some of them, I wanted to cry because for the first time ever, I loved a picture of me and I was proud of the body that I have. The poses that Sarah told me to do were so sexy and powerful. I didn't realize that during the shoot. I am literally telling everyone about this because I want other women to feel this way! I can't thank Sarah enough for showing me that after being a mom of 5, with a busy career and day to day life, I haven't lost myself and I can still feel and look sexy!
